Q&A About 4Resveratrol

Q: What is "trans" resveratrol? Is this the same as "cis?"
A: This refers to the two different isomers of resveratrol that exist. While both trans- and cis- have the same molecular composition, they have different structural elements. In general, trans-Resveratrol has been studied to a much higher degree. It is the more abundant form, and is also the form that is present in the purest natural sources. For these reasons, we recommend looking for products with the highest amounts of trans-Resveratrol.
Q: Sometimes I find white particles in my 4RESVERATROL™ bottle. What are they?
A: Those small white particles are Japanese knotweed, grape seed extract and resveratrol. We choose to keep our products as unfiltered as possible and keep it as close to natural as possible.
