Acai Berry Juice - 1 banana
- 1 c. plain fat-free yogurt
- 2 - 4 teaspoons almond butter
- 1 - 2 teaspoons of freshly grated or chopped ginger
- Handful of ice cubes

Slow-cooker Beef Bourguignon
Ingredients
- 2 cups Pomegranate & Berries with Resveratrol Juice
- 3 pounds beef roast, or beef stew meat
- 6 slices bacon—no need to cook
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Herbs de Provence
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- splash of wine vinegar
Resveratrol Glaze for Pork Roast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Pomegranate & Berries with Resveratrol Juice
- ¼ - ½ cup light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Use enough sugar so the glaze is the thickness of BBQ sauce. Using a basting brush, coat roast pork or pork chops, as desired, before cooking. If using as a glaze for a roast, save enough to re-baste throughout baking time.
